We are seeking a an experienced contracts administrator for a 6 month Maternity leave role in the services industry in Campbellfield area.

$37.00 per hour

About Us

Our client is a trusted provider of bin supply and maintenance services
supporting local councils nationwide.  They are seeking a highly capable Services
Administrator to manage key customer service and administrative functions for local council contracts based in Melbourne.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond
    promptly to council communications and resolve customer enquiries.
  • Efficiently
    close out customer job requests and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate
    closely with Field Maintenance Services Supervisors to coordinate daily
    driver schedules and manage job documentation via customer portals.
  • Sending
    daily reports and photos to make sure every job is checked off properly.
  • Managing
    monthly invoicing and paperwork for multiple contracts.
  • Prepare
    and submit daily job completion reports and photographic evidence as
    required.
  • Provide
    day-to-day support to drivers, working alongside the Supervisor.
  • Support
    monthly reporting tasks and act as backup for the National Senior
    Administrator when required.

    in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Initiative-driven
    with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Advanced
    administrative and organisational competencies.
