Plumbline is a well-established plumbing business located in Campbellfield

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant. This position will involve job scheduling, general office roles and working closely with the Directors.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary

  • Familiarity with Accounting/Invoicing System (Xero) is an advantage

  • Experience and knowledge of job scheduling is an advantage

  • Full-time position requiring 38 hours per week, 8am-4pm, although hours can be negotiated for the right candidate

-Experience with Gmail is an advantage (calendars and emails)
