Reporting into the Call Centre manager, we are seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to work for this well known company leader in its field. The position has become available due to an internal promotion into the business.

The duties of the role are as follows:

- promote, influence and drive the sale of Finance and Insurance products
- provide exceptional customer service to the customer, dealer, partners and Internal stakeholders
- identify new target markets, new channel of business for the non-dealer driven finance
- generate new leads through data mining, electronic direct mailing and direct sales campaigns
- understand all laws in respect of the sale and distribution of finance and insurance products
- able to handle the customer objections and complaints/disputes in a professional manner and escalating when appropriate to management

In return you will be able to work for a company leader located in the Wetherill Park area, parking is provided, good $$$ are on offer, bonuses are paid and realistic targets are put into place.
