Advanced Spatial technologies is a leading provider of cutting-edge software and hardware solutions, We are seeking a proactive and results-driven sales and account manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business growth. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximise the value of our solutions and services. You will also play a key role in hunting for new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to support customer needs, expand accounts, and drive our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- New Business Development: Actively hunt for and secure new business opportunities by identifying prospects, developing leads, and converting them into valued customers.
- Solution Consulting: Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations for our geospatial and technology solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to explore new markets and create strategies to penetrate untapped segments.
- Customer Support Coordination: Work with technical teams to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track key account metrics, forecast growth opportunities, and provide regular reports on client engagement and sales activities.
**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in technology or software sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East Victoria Park WA 6101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
