**Supervisor - Customer Service Ambassadors**

Join Kinetic and lead a dynamic customer-facing team that thrives on sales performance and delivering exceptional service. We’re looking for a passionate **Supervisor** to drive face-to-face ticket sales, motivate a high-performing team, and ensure seamless daily operations across our key airport and city terminals.

**What’s on offer**:

- Set your own roster between 6:00am and 10:00pm
- Just one mandatory evening shift (until 8:00pm) per fortnight
- Flexible hours that let you stay connected with your team across shifts
- Work across Tullamarine, Avalon and Southern Cross - with transportation provided
- Attractive quarterly bonus for achieving sales and performance targets

**Your day will include**:

- Leading and motivating a team of CSAs to exceed KPIs
- Driving face-to-face ticket sales and delivering strong commercial results
- Creating an outstanding customer experience across all locations
- Managing rosters, operations and performance reporting
- Coaching your team to grow, develop and shine
