Due personal events, the current employee is relocating interstate. Thus, opening up this exciting position for a driven and analytical Customer Service Supervisor to join the established team in Dandenong South.

- Up $70K base+ 12.5% super + fully maintained vehicle

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Supervise a team of 3 that are settled and self-sustained
- Manage & develop a portfolio of customers
- Complete Training for all relevant customers (training will be provided)
- Traveling to see clients to resolve solutions
- Monitoring credits and invoices for customer accounts
- Monthly reports

**About you**:

- 5 years’ experience as a customer service coordinator
- **Manufacturing/distribution industry desirable**:

- **Background in accounting or finance with customer service experience will be highly desirable**:

- Willingness to learn grow and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Enjoy being in a team setting - having lunch with others etc..
