**Role Purpose**: Have you got a passion for customer service? We’re seeking Customer Service Ambassadors to provide transport information, customer assistance, passengers and drivers’ safety on all of our SkyBus services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers travelling on Skybus services
- Answer questions and educate customers about the use of ticketing products and the bus network to ensure a positive public transport experience
- Enhance passenger and driver security by maintaining a visible presence on board bus services and bus stations in the operating area
- Engage with our local communities and support networks to grow an understanding of the bus network and encourage local use
- Work with our local community partners to promote and better the service offering of the bus product in the region
- Support our drivers and our passengers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey environment
- Providing transport information, customer assistance, passengers and drivers’ safety on our services.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- A commitment to customer service
- Well-developed communication skills to communicate with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
- The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately exercising good judgement while working in high pressured environments
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate and resolve situations involving conflict
- The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve on the spot
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by working in a cohesive and supportive team
