We are seeking to hire 2x Part Time Security and Brand Ambassadors to join our amazing team at Coach Emporium.

We're looking for a vigilant and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team and help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and takes pride in protecting people and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Duties:
  • Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behavior
  • Monitor CCTV and security systems to ensure store safety
  • Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
  • Support loss prevention strategies and investigations
  • Collaborate with store teams to manage crowd control and enforce policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a security presence
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Support the achievement of the store's shrinkage financial imperatives and strategic objectives. 

Brand Ambassador Duties:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to appropriate team members.
  • Represent the Coach brand with poise, professionalism, and product knowledge.
  • Support crowd control during peak periods and promotional events.
  • Assist with loss prevention strategies and maintain a visible presence on the sales floor.

About You: 

  • Hold a current Security License and First-aid Certificate 
  • Experience relative to loss prevention, security and customer service is advantageous 
  • Certificate II in Security Operations 
  • Understanding and application of policies and procedures 
  • Experience with computer applications 
  • Enjoy a rotational roster for work-life balance hrs/wk and 26.5 hrs/wk)
