Location - Melbourne

Analytics and strategic people insights is a high priority for talent and culture at ANZ. This role will lead people data management to enable efficient, high quality and timely data analytics and reporting, including supporting real-time self-service dashboards. This role will include data integrity, data flow enhancement and data governance leadership, in partnership with Data Governance Leads.
This role is accountable for
Champion and establish policy, standards to ensure data cleansing activity and maintain high quality position management and functional business structure data (i.e. parameters and conditions positions will automatically close if “inactive”)
Supporting the development and implementation of data quality controls/processes (ideally in system/automated where possible)
Lead data quality incident management including investigation, root cause identification, remediation, and communication
Contribute to improving position management and FBS policy, standards and controls (i.e. Position policy /controls and implement into system, business process, change and transformation)
Contribute to evolving high quality, accurate position management and functional business structure data elements
Ownership and management of service proposition to govern and maintain position and functional business structure data elements, including business process, ServiceNow forms, SLAs etc
Timely processing of data object adjustment requests (i.e. the creation of a new field in a Position object, the creation of a new layer in the primary org structure)
Lead effective change and communication activity to deliver clear foundation data for the enterprise
Effectively manage and lead cross functional work groups to ensure timely and quality delivery
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across ANZ

- Significant experience owning a HR data function within a large enterprise
Significant experience with maintaining SuccessFactors (or similar) data objects, foundation data and overarching data structure to enable real time, best practice people analytics and reporting delivery
Experience with designing and delivering position management functionality within large enterprise preferred

Prefer experience with the concept and delivery of position management
A logical problem-solving mindset with the ability to breakdown and simplify problems and effectively collaborate with others to achieve win/win results
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships
