As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining features, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of product features.
The Role:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that all features are clearly defined and user stories are well-written.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize customer feedback and product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features are delivered on-time and meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new features and enhancements.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product development progress, including release planning and feature prioritization.
- Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Your experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Understanding of user testing methodologies and customer research.
