to lead a high-impact merchant coalition initiative.

This is a
permanent role
based in
Melbourne
, offering flexible hybrid working (1–2 days/week onsite). You'll be joining a fast-paced fintech environment where your work will directly influence customer engagement, partner success, and long-term product growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the product vision and roadmap
    for a merchant coalition platform focused on delivering measurable value to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to shape and deliver scalable product features.
  • Engage directly with merchant partners
    , understanding their business goals and integrating them into the product strategy.
  • Drive customer experience
    , ensuring the platform is intuitive, rewarding, and easy to use across multiple merchant touchpoints.
  • Use data and analytics
    to optimise performance, identify opportunities, and report on key metrics such as engagement, redemption, and partner ROI.
  • Stay ahead of market trends
    , competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' experience as a
    Product Owner or Product Manager
    , ideally within
    fintech, payments, or customer engagement platforms
    .
  • Proven ability to work with
    external partners
    (e.g. merchants, retailers) and build value-driven relationships.
  • Strong understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.
