About the role

As the Product Owner – Mobile App, you will take ownership of the launch and ongoing evolution of our first native mobile app. You'll own the app backlog, ensuring payments, rewards, and notifications are seamlessly integrated and easy to use.

You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product leads to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is your chance to shape a greenfield product that will be central to how customers interact with every day.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the mobile app backlog across payments, rewards, and platform features.
  • Drive the app launch and lead post-launch iterations.
  • Collaborate with product managers on the overall mobile strategy, approach.
  • Ensure high quality documentation and collaborate with engineering to own delivery across features.
  • Collaborate with Design for a best-in-class mobile UX.
  • Manage app release cycles, app store presence, and customer feedback.
  • Track and report KPIs such as crash-free sessions, verified → activated conversion, and MAUs.

About you

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, for mobile app products.
  • Understanding of iOS/Android release processes and analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on seamless user experiences.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and effective at managing dependencies.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision making.
