**What's on offer?**:
As an Accounts Payable (AP) Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring invoices are paid on time. You can expect to partner with colleagues, stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers with any AP queries and to ensure processes are efficient.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Accurate processing of 150 invoices a day
- Managing weekly / monthly payment runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving queries

To be successful in securing this exciting opportunity you will have a proven ability in a high volume full function Accounts Payable role. Your passion for progressing your career in finance and ability to deliver an awesome customer experience will ensure your ongoing success.

- Ability to problem solve & think on your feet
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- The ability to proactively build collaborative relationships
- An eye for detail when producing documentation
- Sense of humour that lifts your team members
