**Role Description**
We’re looking for a Project Administrator to assist our team in Launceston. You will be mentored by our Project Manager, and support and learn from experienced project staff and contribute to positive perceptions of the RP Infrastructure brand.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Assists with the preparation of reports, minutes, agendas, and other project documents under the direction of senior staff.
- Attends project, client and internal meetings as required under the supervision of a senior RPI staff member.
- Proficient experience with document management systems for project delivery (e.g.: Aconex.)
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets for tracking project registers, such as: issues register, decision registers, risk register, RFI and action registers.
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare project reports.
