The primary purpose of this role is to work with key business unit stakeholders, external vendors, and project managers to support and provide administrative assistance to projects.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, incident/issues coordination, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Undertake project specific tasks as required.
- Assist and support the Head of General Insurance Claims Controlling and Internal Controls Manager, in the delivery and management of project resources and artefacts.
- Actively contribute to improvement initiatives to improve processes and templates that are integral to the project.

**About you**:

- Experience providing administrative support in a project environment within a complex, matrixed general insurance or financial services organisation.
- Demonstrated Understanding of MS Office and SharePoint (desirable)
- Demonstrated understanding of the claims area (desirable)
- High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
