
Sales Representative

My client is a renowned leader in diesel fuel injection services, repairs, and parts solutions in Australia, is currently in search of an experienced branding **Sales Representative** to join our team at their Virginia branch. With a storied history of pioneering innovations in diesel engine sub-systems and strong partnerships with major manufacturers nationwide, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in our field.
- Permanent Position
- Monday to Friday
- $70K - $80K + Super + Company Vehicle + Tools of the trade (Depending on experience)
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.
- Foster new sales opportunities by understanding our business and your target audience, staying up to date with industry news and trends to anticipate new opportunities.
- Identifying and pursuing new customers and markets.
- Promoting our extensive product range and service offerings.
- Optimise sales potential within our existing customer base, especially Account Customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely reports to the management.
- Recognise emerging market trends and growth prospects.
- Strategically plan and execute a well-structured call schedule to maximize efficiency and customer coverage.
- Ensure accurate order submissions to the front counter team, including:
- Providing quoted pricing.
- Updating customer contact details and addresses.
- Conveying any other pertinent instructions.
- Maintain meticulous records of activities through a formal reporting system, adaptable to changes.
- Collaborate in planning, coordinating, and participating in trade shows, both independently and as part of a team.
- Be available for local, regional, and interstate travel.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to plan events and create advertising materials.
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective strategies and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter.
- Background in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
