**UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT**

**CORNELL DIESEL SYSTEMS **(previously Doran's Diesel Specialist) has entered the Brisbane market and is looking for a Sales Superstar to join the team to drive its positive customer relationships with existing and new customers, and maximising the sales potential for the business. This position also identifies new market opportunities and communicates extensively with management on activity.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- Build relationships with key customer accounts
- Develop new sales opportunities through
- Seeking out new customers and markets
- Promoting expanded product range and services
- Maximise sales opportunities through existing customer base (Account Customers)
- Monitor competitor activity and report to management through formal reporting methods
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Plan a structured call schedule to maximise efficiency and customer coverage
- Ensure orders are provided to the front counter team in writing, including:

- Quoted pricing
- Up-to-date customer contact details and address
- Any other important instructions to be followed
- Capture activity in a formal reporting method - the format of which may be changed from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Drivers Licence
- Parts interpreter
- Automotive background
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Neat Presentation
- High level of customer service
