We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, Customer Service Representative (Internal) to partner with our customers to ensure they get the right part, to the right place, at the right time. This is a fast-paced and challenging role within an organisation that is leading the way within the Automotive Repair market.

**About the role**

The primary role of our parts interpreters is to:

- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.

**About you, skills and experience**

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and the ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team.

We are looking for a parts interpreter who is:

- Passionate about customers.
- A service expert with some sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success
- Highly motivated self-starter and be able to work as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic.
- A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills.
- Proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
- Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make.
- Motivated to provide the customer with an experience they cannot get elsewhere.
- A confident communicator looking for an awesome opportunity in a growing company.
