We have an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team. As the Finance Administrator, you will be working across several accounting functions. You will already have experience being part of a Finance team and will be comfortable providing relevant reports and conducting relevant analysis.

**The Role**

Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the **Finance Administrator **include:

- Provide finance assistance to the Finance Manager with routine tasks.
- Provide general administration support to our key client.
- Ensure suppliers' invoices are checked and submitted for further processing (Data validation required).
- Ensure suppliers' accounts are reconciled against our system.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems.
- Liaise with the supplier or internal team to resolve invoice detail contract requirements.

**Skills and Experience**:

- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Formal qualifications in administration or bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable experience desirable
- Ability to think analytically to solve problems.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Teamwork, Quality, Customer orientation, Initiative, Flexibility, Judgement & DecisionMicrosoft Office Application Skills proficiency in Excel a priority
