**The role**
We are seeking an experienced administration officer to join our busy team to assist with a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Reporting to the Administration Manager and supporting the business as a whole.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and superannuation funds for data collection, documentation gathering to support a smooth client journey
- Corresponding with clients to obtain necessary facts and documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- General Administrative support to Management and Directors.
- Boardroom preparation for meetings
- Generation of various standard and adhoc reports
- Stock ordering and daily food platter preparation
- Diary management and Shareholder minutes of meetings
- Policy & procedure and incentives administration
**About you**
You will have a keen eye for detail, great multi-tasking skills and have a passion for keeping things organised. In addition, as our next administration superstar you will have the following:
- A confident operator with Microsoft Excel (and the rest of the suite)
- Quick thinking, razor sharp attention to detail, and resourceful
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Sound problem solving, organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in prioritising workload and working within a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High energy with an approachable and engaging personality
- Strong worth ethic balanced with having fun
- Previous experience working with a CRM desirable but not essential
