Tea Tonic is Australia’s healthiest tea range, created by qualified naturopath and herbalist Lisa Hilbert. We’re passionate about crafting organic, functional teas that promote wellness and vitality. Our range is proudly made on site at our Melbourne factory, offering a variety of teas that cater to the food service and retail industries. As we continue to grow domestically and internationally, we are looking for a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and help us share the Tea Tonic with the world.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture existing client relationships while proactively seeking new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving growth in sales across all markets within the first 6-12 months.
- Collaborate closely with our admin team, production manager, and CEO to streamline the sales process and generate innovative ideas.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and the establishment of long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in export sales preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to the demands of the role.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
