As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

An opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing, customer focused individual to join our friendly Corporate Services team as an Administration Officer/Receptionist in our Melbourne office.
- Reception coverage
- Greeting and signing in visitors
- Provide building inductions and manage all new starters
- Receiving and sorting incoming mail / couriers
- Ordering various supplies (stationery / amenities / PPE / various others)
- Delivery of supplies throughout the building
- Manage all office catering and meeting requests
- Be part of the Event Team assisting in the development and roll out of general office, social and charity events
- Provide administration support to various business functions including but not limited to the Regional Infrastructure Team
- Assisting with business proposals
- Manage office communications
- Organising office seating plan and relocations including furniture set up/rearrangement (including access passes, welcome packs, and others)
- Establish and manage working relationships with clients, team members and managers to ensure delivery of high quality of services
- Maintain tidy presentation of facilities including meeting rooms and kitchens
- Furniture set ups / rearrangements / relocations
- Create and keep up-to-date the Reception/Admin Manual
- Booking and managing of travel requests
- Other ad-hoc office requirements

**You bring to the role**:
As the Administration Officer/Receptionist, you will have demonstrated computer skills, with strong ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). You will have a passion for helping people, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others. In addition, you will have strong organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
