With a calm, collaborative approach, they work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to deliver thoughtful, detail-driven projects. To support their growing operations, they’re seeking a proactive and organised VA who shares their commitment to clarity, care, and precision behind the scenes.
**About the role**:
The majority of your daily tasks with be focused on general admin and operations. There will be a some social media support required.
You’ll work remotely from your home, helping the business operate efficiently and keeping the client's digital presence engaging. If you're organised and adaptable, and love both admin and content creation, we want to hear from you

**Job Type**:Full-time 40 hours per week.
**Hours (in Philippine Time)**: 7am to 3.30pm PHT
**Responsibilities**:
**General Admin & Operations**
2) Organise and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendar events for internal and external stakeholders.
3) Retrieve, input, and manage data for projects, including financial data entry and support.
4) Provide support with tendering processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
5) Create and manage internal SOPs to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
6) Liaise with clients to ensure timely responses and excellent service.
7) Proofread, research, and prepare reports or briefing documents.
8) Assist with invoicing and liaise with the bookkeeper.
**Social Media Management**
1) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2) Respond to messages and comments and engage with the online community.
3) Repurpose existing content for social media, brochures, and website.
4) Assist with basic video editing and uploading visuals across channels.
5) Update and maintain our website using Squarespace.
**SOFTWARE SKILLS**:
- Experience with Outlook, Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, WhatsApp, Meta, Loom, and Asana.
- Familiarity with construction tools like Wunderbuild and CRMs such as BuildXact or HazardCo.
- Experience updating website content through Squarespace or similar platforms.
**We want to hear from you if you have**:
At least **4+ years of experience** as a General Admin (Social Media) VA working online directly for US, Australian, or European clients. No BPOs, please.
Experience in residential construction is highly desirable.
Confidence with project management and CRM tools.
Strong communication, time management, and **attention to detail**.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise well with key stakeholders.
Experience with social media management, Canva and/or other design programs.
Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
**You must also be someone that**:
Solve problems and improve processes proactively.
Take ownership of tasks and deliver with excellence.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently.
Thrive in a small, collaborative, and structured team environment.
**This position is NOT for you if you**:
Lack experience with admin, operations, or digital tools.
Don’t have a proactive personality, and you can’t think on your feet.
Do not have a reliable, quiet remote work setup
