**What you’ll be doing**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support payment processing systems and integrated systems
- Handle ad hoc technical support requests from customers
- Build and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Experience in payment processing, fuel industry or retail POS desirable but not essential
