Our high-performing Technical Support Specialist team helps drive continued massive growth year on year. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

**Your Mission:
**What You Bring**:
- Escalations from Tier 1 and T1 Pod leaders
- Customer conversations to fully understand the situation and the desired outcome
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure that you are constantly reaching to learn more
- Investigate and drill into issues by recreating client scenarios in your own PropertyMe environment.
- Keep comprehensive notes of all conversations with customers through our ticketing software (Zendesk).
- Support and embrace any new customer service initiatives introduced by PropertyMe as required.
**We would like you to
- Demonstrate experience in critical thinking and problem solving
- Experience providing an outstanding customer support
**Experience and skills
- 1-2 years technical/support experience in SAAS environments (desirable)
- Real estate/PM experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fast learner
- Tenacious and dedicated
