**ABOUT COTY**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As the National Business Manager, you'll be leading the Priceline Pharmacy account team managing the Coty Consumer Beauty (Colors Cosmetics) and Luxury (Fragrances) portfolio. You will develop a strong partnership with the customer that results in mutual sales growth.

Reporting to Sales Director - Pharmacy & Grocery, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Being responsible for Net revenue growth and full ownership of the go-to market strategy to drive commercial competitive advantage for Coty
Building strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short
- and long-term company, customer and consumer objectives
Developing strategic projects with the customer to deliver future growth of the business
Extracting insights from data, identifying the implications and ideas for customer growth
Guiding and coaching your direct reports, enabling them to be empowered in performing their responsibilities and meeting their potential
Co-ordinating the implementation of a customer specific promotion plan for our leading Coty brands liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams
Preparing S&OP inputs detailing the 3,6 and 12 months forecast and financial outlook.
Working together with Demand Planning team to ensure all external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned
Analysing customer EPOS data to track new product launches
Pre and post promotional P&L analysis on the revenue/profit potential and results of the promotion

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
Your love for working in a fast-paced environment, focused on building strong relationships and ability to deliver outstanding results, will make you a great addition to the team. Additionally, you will also have:
Minimum 5 year’s experience as National Account Manager, ideally with a background in Beauty or FMCG within the Pharmacy or Grocery channel
Strong consumer/shopper insights, analytical & numeric skills, (e.g. Circana/Nielsen)
Experience in budget planning and P&L management
Excellent presentation and strong communication, including interpersonal communication skills
Strong sense of individual accountability and able to work in autonomy with the ability to work collaboratively other functional teams
