As a Customer Experience Designer, you will work with a highly motivated and high performing team, responsible for championing customer insights and experience strategy related to this digital transformation.
- You will have the rare opportunity to shape and articulate customer needs and business challenges into actionable insights, value propositions, design principles, ideas, and solutions, ensuring traceability of thinking along the way.
- You will also collaborate with a range of internal/external stakeholders, contribute to healthy team motivation and morale, and create trust and authenticity.

**If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a User Researcher, Design Researcher, CX / UX Strategist, or Design Strategist, preferably within a highly regulated industry like financial services, then we want to hear from you**
