**About the Role**
The Guest Service Concierge works closely with the Front of House Manager and is the face and custodian of the BOQ client floor. Guest Service Concierge is responsible for the welcoming of clients, guests and employees to the floor, providing a seamless experience upon arrival & departure and registering of external guests/visitors, as well as internal guests, the employees of BOQ.

The intention of the role is to ensure the client experience is delivered to the highest quality of service standards, whilst operating the space at maximum efficiency and productivity and providing guest services, but not limited to storage of guest luggage, transportation assistance, directions, courier services, beverage offerings, relevant information about events and attractions in the local CBD area.

**About you**
- Excellent Oral Communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised and as well as being a team player
- Ability to deal with several tasks either in person or on the phone
- Accept instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Customer Service/Concierge/Catering experience
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
