Sydney, Australia Prestige Concierge Services Full time

We provide concierge services to luxury buildings for hotels and private residential that are mainly located in the CBD. If you have a can do attitude, good work ethics and a calm attitude please apply.

**Description**
- Greet residents and visitors upon arrival.
- Be the primary point of contact for residents.
- Ensure that the lobbies and lifts remain clean.
- Provide access to guests and contractors.
- Handling of residents and building keys.
- Receive and stow parcels until collected by residents.
- Direct deliveries such as Uber eats, Woolworths home deliveries etc.
- Notify the Building Manager of any building maintenance matters or resident concerns
- Assist in maintaining the security of the building by viewing CCTV, ensuring unauthorised personal are identified and reported.

The successful applicant would be required to work casual shifts, between 8 to 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am and some weekends between 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am. Other shifts could become available to cover annual leave and sick leave. Full training provided.

Previous experience as a concierge,front desk reception or any type of customer service roles would be an advatnge. But no experience needed if you would like to start your career in this field.

You will be responsible for always maintaining a polished appearance and a professional and positive attitude to best reflect the company.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
