**CONCIERGE - SYDNEY**

We are seeking experienced Casual Concierge to be a part of our friendly Client’s Front Office Team, you will be the go-to person assisting in all areas of front office but you domain will be all things concierge which includes parking cars, assisting guests with their luggage, and providing knowledge of the local area and tourist experiences available.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your customer services skill and create memorable moments for our guests from the heart.

**As the successful applicant, you will ideally have**:

- Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Welcoming our Guests and carrying luggage.
- Confident & able to approach people to initiate conversations.
- Professional telephone manners and exceptional customer service skills.
- Accommodating Guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Excellent communicator.
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
- Ensuring the entrance of the hotel is kept clear, clean, tidy, and always in a presentable state.
- Explaining the facilities of the Hotel.
- Strong knowledge of the local area as well as knowing what tours and experiences to recommend to our guest is desired but not essential.
- The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Parking and retrieving Guest’s cars; escorting Guests to their rooms.
- Current driver’s license and ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
