We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Partner to join our team. As a Learning Partner your enthusiasm and excitement for learning and development will be infectious. You will strive to ensure that every individual that passes through your classroom is. The purpose of this role is to facilitate classroom training and performance coach new starters to continued success in a business sales environment.

Working within a small and dedicated team of individuals, you will thrive in an environment where seeing the fruits of your facilitation and coaching deliver immediate results.

You will be an individual who understands what a high performing culture looks likes and have the ability to model success to replicate performance.

Our ideal Learning Partner will possess an impeccable standard of presentation including verbal, written and dress. Ideally you will have had previous facilitation experience and qualification within L&D / Training roles.
