Reporting to the - Safety Culture Team Leader_, the Cultural Change Facilitators 's primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate programs that build and continuously improve safety culture across Hastings Deering and Sime Darby. This involves coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and teams on safety leadership behaviours that align with principles underpinning "No Harm". As a professional in your field, you will ensure safety and management systems are utilised for self and peers and that agreed methods and measures are followed for reliable results for customers.
