Reporting to the - Safety Culture Team Leader_, the Cultural Change Facilitators 's primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate programs that build and continuously improve safety culture across Hastings Deering and Sime Darby. This involves coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and teams on safety leadership behaviours that align with principles underpinning "No Harm". As a professional in your field, you will ensure safety and management systems are utilised for self and peers and that agreed methods and measures are followed for reliable results for customers. Additionally, this role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities: - Facilitate the delivery of the SELF© safety culture program, - Facilitate the delivery of safety cultural change and safety leadership programs, - Assist in the development and implementation of training frameworks and engagement with the operations team, - Provide coaching to support frontline leaders embed concepts and actions for change, - Assist in the deployment and promotion across multiple organisations, - Deliver internal safety training programs to incorporate principles of adult learning, - Develop and implement role specific training packages, aligned with individual roles and company requirements, - Travel to all locations across Sime Darby Group to facilitate programs and provide leadership coaching **Essential requirements** The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes: - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a facilitation role delivering cultural change or leadership programs, - Tertiary qualifications in Business, Behavioural Science or equivalent work experience is beneficial, - Excellent communication skills to facilitate challenging discussions with respect and integrity. - Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office and a variety of delivery platforms, - Proven experience working across multiple disciplines within a fast-paced environment achieving multiple deadlines through proactive problem solving and prioritization, - Strong stakeholder engagement skills - the ability to build relationships at various levels, - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - **Ability to travel nationally and occasionally overseas** **Benefits** Sime Darby offers a wide range of benefits including: - Opportunity to work alongside experienced, knowledgeable, and supportive Leaders who truly care about their Teams' success and career growth - A competitive remuneration package - Salary Continuance Insurance - Employee Assistance Program for employees and their families - Discounts on private health, vehicles, travel and more - A culture of inspiration, innovation, collaboration and execution, - Ongoing training & support to further your career - Free on-site parking - Annual salary reviews **How to apply** For any enquiry, about this role please contact **Victoria Faure-Evrard** | Senior Recruitment Partner on
