Learning and Development Business Partner - Diagnostic Medical Imaging - Permanent Opportunity - $120K plus Super - Brisbane inner-city suburb location + WFH + interstate travel **About Them** Our client is a service-oriented business, providing state-of-the-art diagnostic medical imaging across the country, with a commitment to ethical practices and customer service. A fresh new opportunity exists for an experienced and energetic Learning and Development Business Partner to join this multi-entity national business. **About the Role** This newly created role is an exciting "build" role, partnering with key leadership stakeholders within the organisation to ascertain the various learning needs (both technical and interpersonal) are across the business to increase capability and maximise business performance. In this permanent generalist Learning and Development role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deliverables; designing, program management, administration, and delivering learning programs. You will be proficient in: - Facilitation - Learning content design - Training needs analysis - Learning effectiveness design - Program and project management - LMS management - SMEs interrelationship management - Instructional Design is highly desirable, but not imperative **About You** To be successful in this Learning and Development Business Partner role, you will possess the ability to truly partner with the levels of Leadership within the business, able to build rapport quickly and become a trusted advisor cultivating a positive and supportive culture. You will have proven success in creating and confidently delivering meaningful and engaging learning content aligned to the Learning Strategy and comfortable in the administration and maintenance piece - you will be a "doer" and a champion of all things Learning. You will be a tertiary-qualified Learning and Development Specialist and able to travel as required, given the multi-site, regionally dispersed operational nature of the business. **About Culture & Benefits** Reporting to an impressive and highly supportive Group Executive, People & Culture, this is an exceptional opportunity for someone to collaborate closely with the leadership teams, build, and execute Learning Development as a new function in the business.
