**About the business**

Elders Project Marketing specialises in selling and marketing residential projects for Australia's leading developers and builders. We also provide property management services to our investment owners once their brand new homes have completed construction.

**About the role**

The role will include the following responsibilities:

- Conduct and prepare Entry, Periodic and Exit Inspections and Reports
- Preparing and Issuing water invoices for reimbursement
- Co-ordinate property maintenance
- Finalising Bonds
- Manage tenant and owner relationships

Package includes base wage, motor vehicle allowance and company mobile phone.

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential end to end property management
- Certificate of Real Estate Registration or Licence
- Drivers Licence and Own Motor Vehicle
- Excellent Personal Presentation
- Console and Excel Software experience preferred
- Must have ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, organised, great communication and high attention to detail

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Property management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
