You'll also build strong networks within the Queensland Police Service to support the Office of the Executive Director.
**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Coordinate timely responses and provide input where necessary to requests for HR reporting and data including Questions on Notice (QoNs), Possible Parliamentary Questions (PPQs), Discussion Papers and Estimates Briefs.
- Provide high quality, well researched advice, options and strategies on emerging issues impacting the Human Resources Division.
- Compose, critically review and edit correspondence, including ministerial responses, briefing notes, submissions, HR Divisional communications and other documentation for approval by the Executive Director.
- Coordinate the flow of correspondence and documents, from internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to meet necessary deadlines.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with team members to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, procedures and workflows operating within the office of the Executive Director.
- Plan and manage projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Director, reporting on the progress, outcomes and deliverables
