As the Project Officer, Program Delivery - Strategy, Policy and Performance you will contribute to a team responsible for leading and coordinating the design, development and delivery of service delivery transformation initiatives aimed at achieving a holistic and person-centred practice which links customers to the support they need to improve their wellbeing and self
- reliance, and access and sustain safe and secure tenancies. This approach recognises that a person's successful housing is linked to factors beyond their tenancy.

**You will do this by**:

- Contributing to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of projects and initiatives focused on person-centred human service delivery.
- Developing and maintaining effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
- Undertaking objective systematic research, analysis and interpretation of date from multiple sources to provide evidence-based and timely advice to senior managers.
- Understanding and maintaining knowledge in contemporary person-centred service delivery policy and practice.
- Assisting in the timely preparation and presentation of high quality documentation, reports, correspondence, briefing notes, plans, submissions, presentations.
- Establishing effective business systems and practices to support the work of the work unit.
- Working actively in multi-disciplinary, dynamic teams across service areas.
- Fulfilling the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Public Service Values.
- Leading and ensuring you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
