TFP Spa is the new era of Wellness Medispas, combining the latest in aesthetic and medical technologies with therapeutic wellness rituals to create a destination for discerning guests to optimise their skin, wellness and longevity. About You:
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Full-Time or Part-Time Medispa Coordinator / Skin Clinic Receptionist to support our team of highly trained and qualified Dermal Therapists, Remedial Massage and Ayruvedic Therapists and our onsite Cosmetic Nurse.

- Confident to recommend personalised homecare and programs
- A high performer who is wanting to continue to learn
- Professionally presented and groomed
- Passionate about skin health and overall wellness
- Flexible to work weekends

Your Coordinator responsibilities:

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience to help build a strong and loyal clientele
- Support the team to facilitate their day so they can be their best and reach their targets
- Co-ordinate the smooth day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures
- Actively recommend skin and wellness programs and homecare
- Oversee and optimise all bookings and team schedules. Experience in Zenoti booking system desired but not essential
- Manage stock and system entry

Skills & experience:
To be successful in this role, it’s essential you are passionate about the skin, aesthetics and wellness industry. Being able to authentically connect with people, recognise our regular guests by name and provide outstanding service will set you apart.
- A proven background in reception or coordination in the skin, aesthetic or wellness industries
- Warm and professional guest service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisation skills, advanced computer skills and have attention to detail
- Proven retail and sales skills
- Personal interest in people, skin, health, wellness, longevity and /or nutrition
- Experience in digital content and managing social media accounts a bonus
