**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Safety & Well-being Coordinator to join the People & Culture team based in Brisbane.
As the Safety & Well-being Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice work health and safety management systems that meet legislative and relevant state Workers Compensation Scheme requirements, together with the implementation of strategies and programs that foster a culture of safety and well-being across ART.
This role is available as a 6 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend Brisbane office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Demonstrated experience within an administrative role, with skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining appropriate administrative systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety and/or Human Resources.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational skills, enabling ability to manage and prioritise competing priorities and work within set timeframes.
- Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
