TotalFusion Morningside is excited to be seeking a passionate **Wellness Experience Coordinator** to harness the incredible experience our Wellness facility provides and ensure our community is maximising their journey across mind, body and soul.

Our Morningside Wellness facility offers members and clients:

- Float therapy
- Infrared and traditional saunas
- Cryotherapy
- Compression boots and recovery tools
- Red light therapy
- Hot and cold plunge pools
- HOCATT
- PEMF
- Hyperbaric Chamber

**Your purpose**:
This role is integral in providing a tailored approach to supporting our members with their fitness and wellness journey through operations, customer service and sales of our Signature Wellness and Wellness products.

Retention of our members and encouragement to use all modalities in the wellness space will ensure the club is able to achieve its cultural and financial targets while impacting lives
- utilising Zenoti and Nookal software
- support / coordination across Wellness reception and services
- educate and support casual Wellness team members
- driving sales of Signature Wellness and Wellness products
- educating and guiding clients on Wellness products based on their individual needs
