**What you'll do**

Join our team as a Field Operations Associate and be at the heart of our operations Your role will be all about making sure our assets are safe and our customers are happy. Here’s a sneak peek into your fun and dynamic day-to-day activities:

- Use our high-tech GPS tools to find and rescue our stolen or lost assets.
- Track down and recover our assets around town, making sure they're where they belong.
- Help our customers who might have missed a payment with kindness and a smile.
- Search digital platforms like eBay to uncover and reclaim our assets - it's like a virtual scavenger hunt
- Assist in checking bikes in and out at our local workshops, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our cycling community.
- Pitch in with delivery tasks, keeping everything on track and efficient.

**Requirements**:
We're looking for someone who brings a mix of skills and a positive attitude to our team. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:

- **Driver's License**: You should have the ability to drive local company vehicles.
- **Confidence**: Be comfortable approaching private property to search for our assets.
- **Empathy**: Handle interactions with customers with care and understanding.
- **Patience**: Approach challenging situations with calmness and perseverance.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Thrive in a target-driven environment.
- **Flexibility**: Adapt to changing schedules and tasks with ease during evening work hours.
- **Communication Whiz**: Have excellent presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- **Team Player**: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and help out in other areas of the business as needed.
