Our services include permanent and temporary recruitment, labour-hire, diversity and inclusion solutions as well as recruitment and human resources consulting.
**About the role**
The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is an integral role within the Recruitment team where you will take ownership of assisting the branch with sourcing the best talent in the market and assisting with administrative tasks.
Based in our St Marys site** **you will be a part of a motivated, diverse, and supportive team**.** This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same.
**Key responsibilities**
- Assist recruitment consultants with sourcing activities, advertising, phone screening, interviewing
- Provide generalist administrative support
- Working collaboratively with all business stakeholders
**About you**
You have a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and thrive in a fast paced supportive environment. You enjoy dealing with people, have excellent communications skills both written and verbal and pride yourself on your ability to juggle conflicting priorities. Previous experience in recruitment would be highly regarded, however if you don't have a background in recruitment full training will be provided.
