We are seeking an experienced **Reservations Manager**to join our team. This role will report to the Director of Revenue and is responsible to actively contribute to revenue generation through the effective management of the reservations department.

- Monitor the daily operations of the reservations department and respond to guest feedback to ensure a positive guest booking as well as stay journey from reservation to departure
- Load and maintain rates in all distribution systems - Opera PMS, Opera ORS, Siteminder, GHA OCM & GDS
- Control rooms inventory including allotments, groups and individual reservations, to deliver maximum RevPAR
- Monitor data integrity in all systems as well as deliver training to relevant team members
- Manage and review all rooms commission invoices and queries

**Ideally you will have**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a Front Office, Reservations, Revenue or Sales environment
- Knowledge of Revenue Management systems including Opera PMS, Opera ORS, Synxis & Siteminder
- A proactive approach to developing & maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills & communication, with strong attention to detail
- Highly focused & dedicated work ethic
