**What the role is**

As the Reservations Supervisor you will always have a proactive attitude and answer not just solving an issue or giving an answer but providing that extra mile customer service in order to promote all the products that Selina has available.

You are ready to jump in at any time and wear many hats because you value the growth you can have by learning to do it all.

**Your responsibilities are (not limited to)**:

- To hold or attend weekly meetings with your CRO Manager, Country Commercial Director and Revenue Manager / Global teams.
- Organise the monthly schedule for their respective agents, taking into consideration their suggestions. Also, make sure everyone works their corresponding weekly hours.
- Analyse performance and make recommendations to the Commercial Director (or direct reporting manager) for improvements.
- Schedule monthly meetings with their agents (individually), mainly to provide feedback on their performance, as well as to ensure that everything is aligned with the department (recapping all updates announced during the current month).
- To supervise the Country CRO Reservations Agents and issues ongoing to evaluate all internal needs.
- Induction of new Country CRO reservations agents.
- To support Country CRO Reservations Agents (when needed) and other departments with reservations requests.
- To keep the Global Commercial team updated on new hires and staff members who are about to leave their positions, either temporarily or permanently.
- To provide feedback to the Local CRO trainer and the Country CRO Manager and/or Commercial Director as to what topics they would like their agents to have up-trainings for.
- To communicate reservation information to the front desk, Operations Managers and Room Supervisors if it's needed.
- To be diligent with important matters that might require their immediate attention, such as: approving or declining penalty fees, helping with unhappy guests and elevating their cases with the general manager of the location involved, or to whom corresponds.
- To support anyone within your team who can’t do the daily routine for any reason.

**What you need for the role**
- 2 years of experience in managing roles in customer service, support and sales
- Excellent attention to small details
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
