We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator to join the team, in this newly created position, providing administrative support predominantly to the National Sales Manager and his Leadership Team as required.

We offer flexible working options to work between the office and home, as the position can be based in either Brisbane or Gold Coast, if you are happy to commute to Brisbane during the week as needed.

**About the role**:
Supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks including:

- Arranging meetings, preparation of minutes, agendas, and reports, assist in organising events
- Processing of purchase orders and invoicing as well as corporate expenses and organisation of approvals
- Information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondence, and project files for easy retrieval
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key stakeholders
- Assisting in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls

**About you**:

- Possess experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced team environment
- Highly organised and a strong sense of initiative and proactive approach
- Proficient Microsoft suite skills and though preferable but not essential experience using SAP system
- Attention to detail, accuracy and committed to achieving quality outcomes
- Approachable and flexible
