Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) is Australia's leading designer and manufacturer of composite flight control components for commercial aircraft. We are renowned for our collaborative and supportive working environment and for the high calibre of our people. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll and Administration officer to join our team on a **12 month fixed term contract** based at our Port Melbourne facility. This role will report into the Finance Manager.

**About the role**

As the Payroll and Administration officer, your statement of work will include:

- Payroll Processing:

- End to end full function Payroll for approx., 900 weekly (Award) and monthly (Non-Award) paid employees utilising PeopleSoft 9.2
- Carry out day to day payroll functions of data processing, including overtime calculations, ad hoc manual payments and manager/employee queries.
- Maintenance of employee details in PeopleSoft 9.2 Time and Labour and Global Payroll modules
- Effective customer service to employee pay queries and timely resolutions on a day to day basis
- Follow process, procedures and policies as set by Boeing Aerostructures Australia
- Effective business partnering with HR, Operations, IT and Finance where required
- Expat payroll
- Contracts Reconciliations:

- Review customer Purchase Orders (PO)
- Reconcile customer PO to SAP Sales Order (SO)
- Contract metrics
- Citibank credit card administration

**About you**
- Proven track record in a payroll role
- Experience in Peoplesoft preferred, however training will be provided
- A high level of attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous and process driven environment
- Good teaming and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across a diverse workforce
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proactive and results oriented approach
