**The Role**

Reporting into a fantastic, supportive HR Leader, your role as Human Resources Business Partner will see you sit within the growing P&C function and manage a small team across the people-services function. With a focus on coaching stakeholders and implementing key people initiatives, you will work closely with leadership to develop and implement key people initiatives with genuine autonomy and backing from leadership. A passion for coaching, process improvement and strategic projects, you will oversee a small team and utilise your passion for HR in this ambitious and fast-growing business.

**The Duties**
- Leading a small team within HR
- Partnering with stakeholders to advise on HR matters
- Coaching People Managers throughout times of change on making people centric decisions
- Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives e.g DE&I and workforce planning
- Partnering with the broader People Services team to support with implementation of initiatives in order to attract and retain talent
- Ensure HR policies and procedures relevant and in line with both best practise and legislation
- HR professional ideally with experience within consulting, engineering or a technical environment
- Experience leading a team
- Collaborative and adaptive individual with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to drive people initiatives with support of internal stakeholders
