**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
- Proven deskside support or technical leadership experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in hardware, software, and OS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools.
- Certifications in relevant areas a plus.
