**THE COMPANY**

Our client is an established ACT business with a big reputation for delivering landscape construction packages on some of the Territory's largest civil infrastructure and commercial projects.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 20-30 staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

They specialise in large government and local council landscaping and civil projects from $100k - $5m, including street scapes, subdivisions and public domain work etc.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This organisation has set a true benchmark in the landscaping world and this is your chance to join the team and to put your stamp on these projects.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret design plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report into the Company Directors
- Cost tracking and forecasting

**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
