Our client is a large Australian business with a big reputation for delivering first class projects, from parks and playgrounds to subdivisions and public infrastructure.

This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew in Canberra of 30+ staff, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality.

One week you could be assisting a Tier 1 builder to deliver external civil and landscape construction works in the City, and the next week you could be delivering public infrastructure for government bodies.

You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods

**THE DUTIES**
- Read and interpret design plans
- Site set out
- Procurement of materials, equipment and resources
- Subcontractor management
- WHS implementation
- Quality control
- Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour
- Liaise with clients
- Mentor Apprentices
- Report into the Company Directors
- Cost tracking and forecasting

**BACKGROUND**
- 2-3 years as a Foreman
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
- Experience on commercial, residential or civil landscaping projects
- Drivers license
