Concrete Foreman

Experience Concrete Foreman required for work on large residential and Government based projects.

**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with an up and coming concreting and landscaping business who specialised in residential, government and defence concreting projects. Due to an increase project pipeline this business is looking to expand their onsite team and require an experience foreman to join their team.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the Construction Manager and will be responsible to leading a small and highly skilled onsite delivery team to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and to the correct standards. On a day to day basis you will be accountable for the following:

- Supervision and coordinate internal/external trades on site
- Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld and run daily tool box talks;
- Undertake trade work as necessary;
- Organise the procurement and delivery of materials;
- Communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Consulting blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working as a Civil/Concrete Foreman.
- Expertise in all things Concreting
- Strong leadership/management skills
- White Card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness
- Drivers Licence - MR or HR (desirable)
- Ability to pass a police check

**What you'll get in return**
- $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Benefits
- Full time role
- Scheduled RDO's
- The opportunity to work on Government/defence contract projects in the ACT and Overseas.
